Gruger LLC operates Just Sports and justsports.app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS app, visit our website, join the waitlist, or contact us.

Using the app

You do not need a Just Sports account to view scores or subscribe. Your league and filter preferences are stored on your device.

To show schedules, scores, teams, and game details, the app sends requests to our service. These requests can include the league, date, game, or team you select. Our servers and service providers receive normal connection information, such as your IP address, request time, and app or browser information. We use this information to deliver content, prevent abuse, and diagnose service problems. Technical logs may include request paths, response times, and errors.

When the app loads an image from an external sports-content host, that host also receives the connection information needed to deliver it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes subscription payments. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, provide Premium access, restore purchases, and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription history, and technical information needed to provide these services. We do not receive your payment card details.

Our website and waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and signup date. If you opt in to beta testing, we also record that preference. We use these details for launch updates and beta invitations. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account.

The website uses session and security cookies to operate forms, remember website preferences, and protect against misuse. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling them may prevent forms from working.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot problems. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers for hosting, operational monitoring, email, and subscription management. They process information as needed to provide those services. Our backend uses Laravel Cloud and may use Laravel Nightwatch for operational diagnostics. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising that tracks you across other companies’ apps and websites. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security and legal rights of our users and service.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, resolving support requests, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their policies to support subscription access and restoration.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or leave the waitlist, by emailing support@justsports.app. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Deleting the app removes its locally stored preferences but does not cancel your subscription or automatically delete purchase records. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. See our support page for instructions.

Children’s privacy

Just Sports is a general-audience service and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact
